Pour un rendez-vous à court terme ou en dehors des heures disponibles en ligne ou avec un vétérinaire spécifique, ainsi que pour toute procédure opératoire (chirurgie, détartrage…), le rendez-vous doit être pris par téléphone (coordonnées disponibles en bas de page).
Une attention particulière est attachée à mettre à l'aise nos patients et leurs maîtres, et ce dès le premier contact. Nous nous considérons comme des partenaires de nos clients avec qui nous mettons en place un véritable travail d'équipe au service de leur animal.
Chaque étape du diagnostic et du traitement est réfléchie et débattue avec le maître dans le meilleur intérêt de son animal. Nous sommes d'une grande disponibilité et toujours à l'écoute de nos clients et nous efforçons de soigner chaque animal comme si c'était le nôtre! Nous mettons un point d'honneur à faire un usage raisonné et raisonnable des médicaments, tout particulièrement les vaccins et les antibiotiques. Les schémas de vaccination sont personnalisés en fonction des besoins réels de l'animal.
Lors de la réservation en ligne, nous tentons de respecter votre choix de vétérinaire. Toutefois, des imprévus peuvent rendre cela impossible. Si cela se produit, un autre vétérinaire qualifié prendra en charge votre animal. Merci de votre compréhension.
