At our responsible breeding facility, our priority is to produce Akita Inu who are balanced, healthy and well prepared for their future family life.
Our facility is first and foremost a family endeavour. Our dogs live at the heart of our daily lives and receive constant care and attention, a high-quality diet, regular exercise and an environment designed to support both their physical and mental well-being.
As a passionate breeder with training in breeding, genetics, canine behaviour and grooming, I select each breeding carefully and thoughtfully. The bloodlines, temperament and health of our breeding dogs are all carefully considered in order to preserve the qualities of the breed. All our breeding dogs are health tested for hip dysplasia, patellar luxation and amelogenesis imperfecta.
Our support for families begins well before the puppy arrives. A meeting, either in person at our facility or by video call, is essential before any reservation is made. This allows us to get to know each other, to introduce the breed honestly and without sugar-coating, to discuss your plans and expectations, and to make sure that the Akita Inu is genuinely the right breed for you.
From birth, each puppy receives individualised socialisation. Early handling, gradual exposure to new experiences, varied outings and numerous positive experiences are introduced in order to develop their confidence and ability to adapt to different situations.
Because we believe that a successful adoption depends as much on the puppy as on their future family, we provide comprehensive support: training courses, a detailed puppy guide, personalised advice, recommendations for a competent professional near you, and careful guidance in choosing the puppy whose temperament best matches both your expectations and your ability to meet their needs. Our commitment does not end when the puppy leaves our facility. We remain available throughout their entire life to answer your questions, support you when needed and, if circumstances ever require it, help find a suitable new home for your dog.
Our facility has been accredited by a recognised canine organisation since 2021, under a comprehensive set of requirements that we are committed to meeting. Having received multiple awards at dog shows and being recognised internationally, we place quality, transparency and the well-being of our dogs at the heart of every decision we make.
